The 3 buildings have groundfloor + 4 floors, one of which is further back. The ground floor, facing Rua do Souto, is buried in relation to the entrance level through Rua dos Pelames.

Due to the state of ruin they are in, the entire interior will be new and only a vertical access will be created in order to optimize the available space.

Part of the ruined facade will be rebuilt, seeking to maintain the existing identity. The further back floor will be rebuilt and placed longitudinally. The original elements will be kept on the outside and the facades will be painted in two traditional colors.
