PORTETEGA, within the scope of its activity, collects the data necessary for the proper development and fulfillment of the purchase and sale contract and / or provision of services entered into between the parties. The data subject will give his consent to this collection and processing.

Within the scope of its activity, PORTETEGA subcontracts other companies for the provision of specialized services to which it may transmit its personal data that are strictly necessary for the provision of the subcontracted services. When data subject to deletion are essential for the successful execution of the purchase and sale contract and / or provision of services by PORTETEGA, the contract will be suspended.

Right to data portability – The data subject has the right to receive his/her personal data from PORTETEGA in a structured and usable way.
