The project joins two contiguous buildings located in the Historic Center of Porto and its transformation into a hotel. While one of them had undergone, a few decades ago, a deep reconstruction not conserving primitive structural elements, the other conserved many elements with patrimonial value that remained in the hotel.

Externally, ceramic tiles were removed from the main façade, as they were a late and worthless addition and the two façades were unified by color.
