The works consisted in the join of three contiguous buildings located on the riverside, in the heart of Ribeira do Porto and its transformation into an Aparthotel.

While one of them had suffered, some decades ago, reconstruction works, it still preserved primitive structural elements, including a beautiful staircase that was maintained. The other two also had interesting and in good condition elements that were reused and combined with new materials.

No changes were made externally and the individual identity of each building was maintained.
