The building is located in front of the Romanic church of Cedofeita and has three floors, with entrance through Rua Aníbal Cunha, with a commercial establishment in the groundfloor.

The building is in bad shape, with infiltrations in the roof that have degraded the floors and structural walls of the common stairs.

The project foresees maintaining some of the existing elements, and the interior reorganization of the two existing housing fractions. The backyard will be divided by the two houses and two green zones will be created in each one.

Externally, the architecture does not undergo significant changes. The existing and the shape and material of the roofs are maintained. The window frames will be replaced by others, similar in design to the original, also in painted wood, now with double glazing.
